Job summary

Kempinski is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager in Doha to oversee daily reservations operations and act as the operational extension of the Director of Revenue Management.

You will lead agents, manage inventory and bookings, and execute pricing tactics and distribution controls across PMS, CRS, and OTAs. This role requires hotel reservations expertise and leadership in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in hotel reservations or front desk; at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/senior role.
• Experience with Opera PMS, Cloudbeds, Mews; CRS/Channel Managers; OTA Extranets and GDS; strong Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reservations agents and daily workflows; coach on procedures and upselling tactics.
• Manage inventory, booking flows, and distribution controls per director’s yield strategies.
• Implement rate changes, stay controls, and monitor parity across OTAs and metasearch channels.
