Job summary

Mach Consultants in Qatar is seeking an experienced Release Manager Consultant with senior ITIL and ITSM governance expertise to lead end-to-end release lifecycles in a complex enterprise environment. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, risks, and deployments on site in Qatar.

You will drive DevOps integration, leverage SMAX and UCMDB for configuration and service management, and deliver reliable, high-availability IT services while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years in IT service management, release engineering, or technical project leadership.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and change governance.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on with enterprise ITSM platforms such as SMAX and UCMDB.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track enterprise software and infrastructure releases from initiation to deployment.
• Manage release schedules, dependencies, risk, and resource allocations.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and governance.
• Coordinate across engineering, business units, and executives.
• Prepare release readiness reviews, milestone assessments, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Provide regular release status updates and KPI reports.
