Job summary

Zero One Solutions seeks an experienced Lead Service Management professional in Qatar for an 8-month contract. You will own ITIL/ITSM processes, service integration architecture, and governance, using SMAX, UCMDB, and Universal Discovery to drive enterprise IT service delivery.

You will prepare executive-level reports, design architectures with Microsoft Project, Visio, and PowerPoint, and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence under tight

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 13+ years of professional experience in IT service management or enterprise service architecture.
Strong ITIL/ITSM expertise with proven implementation experience.
Hands-on knowledge with SMAX, UCMDB, and Universal Discovery.
Solid understanding of ITSM lifecycles and governance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and PowerPoint for design and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise ITSM operations, strategy, and process improvements aligned with ITIL frameworks.
Implement, configure, and optimize ITSM solutions using SMAX, UCMDB, and Universal Discovery.
Design complex ITSM system integrations and enterprise service management architectures.
Manage end-to-end lifecycles for Incident, Problem, Change, and other ITSM domains.
Develop architectural diagrams, workflows, and project schedules for stakeholder shows.
