JobLeader in Umm-Salal, Qatar is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee all IT operations, implement strategic technologies, and safeguard our information systems while aligning with business goals.

You will lead a technical team, develop IT policies, manage hardware/software lifecycles, monitor networks, and drive improvements through cloud, security and data management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years IT management experience.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
• Experience with system administration, database management, and cloud computing.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work full time without accommodation in Umm-Salal, Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and functionality of our systems.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities or areas for improvement.
