Job summary

Experience in Doha, Qatar seeks a senior Change Management professional to lead the governance of the technology change lifecycle and align changes with business objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS, a minimum of 5 years in ICT/change management, strong ITSM/Change Mgmt knowledge, governance experience, and fluency in Arabic and English. ITIL/COBIT certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in ICT operations, change management, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and change management best practices.
• Experience with governance frameworks and structured approval processes.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the end-to-end technology change management lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and enforce change management policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Manage and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Assess and approve technology change requests based on risk, impact, and readiness.
• Ensure technology changes align with overall business strategy and objectives.
• Oversee change impact assessments, rollback plans, and implementation schedules.
• Monitor change performance, success rates, and post-implementation reviews (PIRs).
