Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar, seeks a seasoned IT Change Manager to lead the full change-management lifecycle in a 24/7 environment. You will own intake, categorization, and risk assessment, and ensure appropriate technical and management scrutiny.

Responsibilities include chairing weekly Change Advisory Board meetings, convening Emergency CABs when needed, maintaining the Forward Schedule of Change, and validating rollback plans, security reviews, and post-implementation

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in IT or Engineering.
ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification.
8+ years of IT Service Management experience.
Proven ownership of change management in a 24/7 environment.
Strong knowledge of CMDB, change governance and risk assessment.
Strong communication, facilitation and CAB-chairing skills.
Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security-pass requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete IT change-management process.
Receive, record and categorize Requests for Change.
Conduct change impact and risk assessments using CMDB information.
Determine the appropriate level of technical and management scrutiny.
Chair weekly Change Advisory Board meetings.
Convene Emergency CAB meetings when required.
Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change and change-freeze periods.
Ensure rollback plans, security assessments and post-implementation reviews are completed.
Monitor change KPIs and continuously improve the change process.
