Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering seeks an experienced engineering/IT leader to oversee preventative maintenance and large airport systems. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong troubleshooting, and proven team leadership in a high-security environment.

You will supervise Level-3 technical support, coordinate OEM engagements, and drive change through the Change Advisory Board, ensuring compliance with HSE and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred/required.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with airport or large-enterprise systems.
• Previous team leadership experience is required.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, OEM management and mentoring capabilities.
• Team-leadership training is an advantage.
• Must meet airport security, HSE and cybersecurity compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and preventive maintenance of airport systems.
• Oversee Passenger Processing & Biometric Systems, server infrastructure and Airport Management Systems.
• Lead technical specialists and ensure adequate certified manpower coverage.
• Manage Level-3 technical support and OEM escalations.
• Approve technical procedures, SOPs and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical inputs for system changes through the Change Advisory Board.
• Lead root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents.
• Monitor system performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
