• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong experience in Restaurants, Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, FMCG Food, or Retail Food sectors.
• Hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply planning activities across food and non-food categories. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced SAP knowledge, and excellent Excel skills to support data-driven decision-making and ensure optimum product availability across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong experience within Restaurants, Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, FMCG Food, or Retail Food sectors.
• Hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience managing both Food and Non-Food categories.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets and convert information into actionable business insights.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
