Job summary

Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead forecasting, inventory planning, and supply planning across restaurant operations in Qatar. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong experience in Restaurants, Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, FMCG Food, or Retail Food sectors.
• Hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts across food, beverage, and non-food categories.
• Lead demand and supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and operational requirements to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor inventory performance, stock coverage, and replenishment plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Utilize SAP and advanced Excel tools to generate reports, dashboards, and planning insights.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly planning reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive planning efficiency and inventory optimization across multiple restaurant operations.
