Job summary

Snoonu seeks a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across its Super App ecosystem. You will lead hands-on optimization in operations, customer experience, and support functions, delivering measurable improvements.

You will partner with Operations, Product, Tech, and CX to redesign processes, embed data-driven change, and coach teams in continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Hands-on process improvement across operations, customer experience, and support.
• Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and support governance.
• Lead end-to-end improvement projects in fast-paced environments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven changes.
• Mentor and coach teams on continuous improvement tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Assess, map, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes for speed and quality.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen to drive sustainable improvements.
• Define KPIs and contribute to dashboards and governance routines.
• Coach teams on continuous improvement tools and ways of working.
