Job summary

QNB Group seeks a Senior Lean Transformation professional to drive culture change and lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across its international network. You will own selected portfolios, mentor teams, and embed performance improvements through DMAIC and data-driven methodologies.

The role emphasizes training, change management, and collaboration with VP-level leadership to sustain operational excellence and efficiency across the bank’s processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required with broad business exposure.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Demonstrated track record applying Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Minimum 2 years leading Black Belt training or coaching.
• Experience coaching multiple Lean Six Sigma projects in a financial services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Lean/Six Sigma projects across QNB Group’s network.
• Develop and deploy standards and methodologies for process improvement.
• Coach and train designated multipliers on Lean/Six Sigma.
• Drive training programs to improve client orientation, quality and efficiency.
• Identify new improvement opportunities and manage project portfolios.
