Job summary

Trades App is seeking a Lead Process Improvement Engineer for Facility Management to drive continuous improvement across field operations. You will work with site teams to identify performance gaps, implement Lean/Six Sigma-based solutions, and ensure ISO standards and contractual requirements are met.

The role demands strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement and the ability to deliver measurable cost reductions while maintaining quality and compliance across Hard and Soft FM services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 8–10 years of FM experience with process improvement focus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred; ISO 9001 knowledge advantageous.
• Experience across Hard and Soft FM, audits and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation across FM operations.
• Conduct regular site assessments and RCA for recurring issues.
• Develop and monitor corrective actions to close gaps.
• Manage SLA/KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
• Support cost optimisation and alignment between commercial and operational needs.
• Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to drive excellence.
• Contribute to ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
