Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Search platform across its super app, spanning food, groceries, and retail. You will drive relevance, discovery, and the overall search experience, collaborating with engineering, data, and design to serve multiple business lines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product management for search or catalog, strong analytics, and a track record of data-driven iteration in a fast-moving, multi-vertical environment. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management owning a search, discovery, or catalog product.

Responsibilities

• Own the Search product end-to-end – define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Snoonu's shared search service across verticals.
• Drive relevance and discovery – improve ranking logic, query understanding, and search pipelines to maximize quality and conversion.
• Lead cross-vertical collaboration – coordinate between vertical product teams, engineering, data, and design.
• Experiment with A/B tests on ranking strategies, UI treatments, and query understanding for data-driven improvements.
• Define and track search KPIs (zero-result rate, CTR, search-to-order conversion, query abandonment).
• Oversee index architecture, faceting, personalization features, and API integrations; coordinate real-time catalog syncs.
• Translate business needs into search logic with merchandising and vendor-use cases.
• Communicate performance and direction to senior leadership and teams.
• Mentor and scale best practices for experimentation and data-driven iteration.
