Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in process reengineering, business consulting or project management in financial services.
• Operational and project management experience including large program deployments.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Demonstrated Six Sigma methodology knowledge.
• Ability to use data-driven methods to solve problems and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Define KPIs and monitoring plans for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and cost efficiency.
• Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
