Job summary

QNB Group seeks an experienced Lean Transformation leader to drive the organization-wide Lean and Six Sigma agenda. You will own, lead, and manage selected portfolio projects across QNB Group’s international network with minimal supervision.

You will develop standards for process improvement, coach teams, and quantify benefits. Strong operational, training, and change management skills are essential to deliver sustained performance gains and efficiency across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/related field or equivalent.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as lead instructor to train Black Belts/Green Belts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Lean and Six Sigma agenda across QNB Group’s international network.
• Develop and deploy Lean/Six Sigma standards and process improvement methodologies.
• Coach and train designated multipliers in Lean/Six Sigma to build internal capability.
• Identify benefits, quantify results, and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure projects remain on time and within budget while delivering expected outcomes.
