Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a seasoned Process Enhancement Analyst to identify, map and redesign core business processes. You will facilitate stakeholder consensus, implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction across the bank.

Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, measuring impact, and driving end-to-end enhancements in collaboration with the Head of Group operation Process Enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean and Change Management methods.
• Strong ability to define KPIs, measure performance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify current state of processes and elicit useful/harmful attributes.
• Document process models and facilitate stakeholder consensus on new designs.
• Lead end-to-end process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Establish KPIs and control plans; monitor and report performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and measure outcomes.
