Job summary

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company seeks a Senior Organizational Design Specialist to lead development and implementation of organizational design strategies. You will analyze structures, processes, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities and design changes that boost efficiency, agility, and overall performance across departments.

The role requires extensive knowledge of organizational theory, ERP systems (SAP), and change management, with 8+ years of experience, including GCC

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of organizational theory, design principles, and best practices.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex organizational challenges.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to present insights to stakeholders.
Experience in project management and change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization.
Design and implement developmental initiatives, action plans, and training materials.
Interview personnel and facilitate targeted skills development.
Guide HR in personnel utilization, development, or hiring.
Lead optimization initiatives with training sessions for staff.
Restructure departments to increase efficiency and align with business objectives.
Improve cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
Measure impact on staff performance, efficiency, retention, and satisfaction.
Advise executives on efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Document processes and present progress reports to leadership.
