Job summary

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company in Qatar seeks an Executive Director to lead multiple large-scale capital projects on time and within budget, with strong governance and risk management. You will shape strategies, budgets, and schedules while steering design coordination across architects, contractors and consultants.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in leadership positions, GCC experience is a plus, and a track record of delivering complex projects safely and profitably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
• Master's degree in MBA or similar graduate degree.
• Proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
• Experience at strategic leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans and ensure strategy alignment with objectives.
• Manage, conceive, market and execute development projects of significant complexity.
• Provide executive leadership in the design, development and implementation of systems and processes that improve safety, process efficiencies, program growth and overall sound financial performance.
• Develop and implement programs and initiatives to support patient, provider and employee experience.
• Understand business risks and inform senior management on risk exposure and mitigation.
