UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company seeks a seasoned Facilities Management Manager to oversee all facilities operations, maintenance, and asset management. You will develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient environments.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years in facilities management, including 5 years in a relevant role and 2 years GCC experience considered a plus.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge of facilities management principles, maintenance, operations, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, management, budgeting, and contract negotiation skills.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

• Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, infrastructure, and facilities systems.
• Manage facility budgets, expenditures, and contracts with vendors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to address facility-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain effective emergency response plans and protocols.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to facilities management staff.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in facilities management.
