Job summary

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is seeking a Content Specialist for entertainment operations to craft multimedia content across platforms, promoting the venue’s offerings and driving attendance and revenue.

You will collaborate with marketing and entertainment teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with the brand identity and objectives. A strong background in digital branding and SAP ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating diverse multimedia content (videos, images, written materials) for multiple platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content distribution.
• Ability to analyze audiences, preferences, and behavior to inform content strategy.
• Strong storytelling skills to convey the venue's entertainment offerings and brand message.
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing for scheduling and performance tracking.
• SAP ERP knowledge is preferred to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute content development processes (design, resources planning, training, implementation) within timelines and objectives.
• Develop content documentation (matrices, presentations, manuals, collaterals, multimedia, purchasing lists).
• Collaborate with Sponsors to align brand and communication goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to study market trends and preferences.
• Create/adapt concepts to support Sponsor pitches and new activities.
• Evaluate activities, events, and materials for brand consistency and quality.
