Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking an experienced NCR ATM Operations Consultant to monitor and support ATM operations in Qatar. You will analyze incidents, manage tickets, and assist in deploying patches and releases in collaboration with NCR support teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ATM operations, strong NCR systems knowledge, and a solid background in banking environments. This role focuses on production support, incident resolution, and ensuring smooth ATM network operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of ATM Operations Support experience.
Experience with NCR ATM systems and software support.
Knowledge of incident management and ticketing processes.
Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting.
Understanding of ATM network operations and support.
Experience supporting production releases, patches, and system upgrades.
Good understanding of banking or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

Perform Level 1 analysis of ATM-related issues and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software Support.
Support ATM operations and resolve operational issues.
Assist in deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes.
Collect and share logs, findings, and incident details with NCR support teams.
Complete assigned technical requests.
Support day-to-day operations and management of the ATM network.
