► Position Summary:

An elite banking and financial technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant with mandatory banking sector experience and deep exposure to NCR ATM software support to join our client engagement team on a full-time, permanent basis in Doha, Qatar (salary: QAR 18,400/month). In this specialized ATM operations and network support role, you will spearhead managing mission-critical ATM networks, conducting L1 incident analysis, troubleshooting hardware/software anomalies, and escalating complex tickets to NCR ATM Software Support. You will work closely with retail banking operations teams, software developers, and quality assurance squads to ensure high availability, seamless patch deployments, and robust release management through SIT and UAT to Production. ► Detailed Job Description:

As a Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant in Doha, Qatar, you will take full ownership of ATM network monitoring, incident triage, log analysis, and software release support across banking environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass analyzing and sharing ATM transaction logs and diagnostic findings for support cases, coordinating patch deployments and development releases, managing production fixes, and supporting releases through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to Production. You will handle operational issues, technical requests, and vendor escalations while ensuring strict compliance with banking security standards. Note: Candidates without banking experience will not be considered. Working in a fast-paced financial technology consulting environment in Qatar, you will drive ATM network reliability and operational excellence.

► Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support mission-critical NCR ATM operations, self-service banking terminals, and enterprise ATM networks.
Perform L1 incident analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, and structured ticket escalation to NCR ATM Software Support.
Analyze, interpret, and share detailed ATM transaction logs, event logs, and diagnostic findings for active support cases.
Support patch deployments, development releases, firmware upgrades, and production hotfixes across the ATM fleet.
Coordinate and support software releases seamlessly through SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT to Production environments.
Handle daily operational issues, technical service requests, and end-to-end ATM network support inquiries.
Collaborate proactively with retail banking operations teams, software vendors, and infrastructure engineers.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, incident tracking logs, and ATM network topology configurations.
Ensure strict adherence to banking regulatory frameworks, information security policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide expert guidance on ATM hardware/software interoperability and self-service banking best practices.

► Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in banking technology, ATM operations, or self-service terminal support (mandatory Banking sector experience).
Strong, demonstrated operational experience in NCR ATM operations and vendor software support.
Hands-on practical experience supporting enterprise ATM networks within retail banking environments.
Proven proficiency in L1 incident analysis, troubleshooting methodology, and technical ticket escalation workflows.
Experience analyzing and interpreting complex ATM transaction logs, NDC/DDC protocols, and diagnostic error codes.
Demonstrated experience supporting software releases through SIT, UAT, and Production implementation cycles.
