Job summary
Virtusa invites a Senior Business Analyst / Business Transformation Manager to join our Qatar-based team and drive FDI growth, co‑lending initiatives, and sector financing solutions. This role blends business analysis, process improvement, and transformation delivery to enhance lending capabilities.
You will coordinate across Business, Risk, Credit, Operations, and Technology, translate strategic objectives into functional requirements, implement KPIs, and oversee delivery of improved lending
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, or Transformation programs.
- Experience supporting lending transformation, credit initiatives, and system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Support FDI, lending, and portfolio growth objectives through analytical insights, business case development, and performance monitoring.
- Produce financial, market, sector, and portfolio analysis to support strategic decision-making, lending initiatives, and investment growth opportunities.
- Assist in tracking business performance, identifying efficiency improvement opportunities, and supporting lending transformation initiatives.
- Implement KPIs and best practices for the Business Analyst, FDI, Co-Lending & Sector Solutions function.
- Promote cost consciousness, efficiency, and productivity to minimise cost and optimise benefits for the Bank.
- Lead improvement initiatives through cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery.
