Business Analyst, Banking Transformation

The Role Summary

Talent Leaders is hiring experienced Business Analysts for a major transformation programme within a financial institution in Qatar. The work sits between the business and delivery teams: taking strategic objectives and turning them into requirements that are clear, testable, and that actually get built and adopted.

Depending on your background, you may be aligned to one business area within the programme. This is hands‑on analysis on live change, not documentation for its own sake. You own requirements end to end, from first workshop through UAT and go‑live readiness.
