Job summary
Epergne Solutions in Qatar seeks a Corporate Lending Business Analyst to support lending transformations and drive improvements within corporate banking processes.
You will gather requirements, prepare BRDs/BRS, analyze end-to-end lending workflows, and collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations and Technology teams.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Corporate Banking or related fields, strong communication skills, and proven experience in LOS/LMS implementations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, or Business Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Lending and Credit Processes.
- Experience in BRD/BRS preparation and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in lending transformation, process improvement, or system implementation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, BRS, and user stories.
- Analyze and improve end-to-end lending and credit processes.
- Support Loan Origination and Loan Management System projects.
- Work closely with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Support lending transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Participate in UAT, stakeholder discussions, and requirement workshops.
