Job summary

Virtusa Corporation in Doha, Qatar invites an experienced Business Analyst to join our Private Banking and Wealth Management initiatives. You will gather business requirements, translate them into BRDs/User Stories, and collaborate with stakeholders across levels to drive digital transformation in wealth solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and proven delivery of data-driven insights within banking contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
7–10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments or related domains.
Experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, client analytics and digital transformation projects in banking.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and banking practices.
Ability to drive initiatives with integrity and self-management.
Strong analytical, planning and process modelling capabilities.
Knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment products.
