Job summary

S'hail Shipping and Maritime Services in Doha, Qatar seeks a Business Analyst to drive corporate banking initiatives across regional markets. You will analyze FDI, lending, sector growth, and cross-border financing opportunities, and document business requirements and BRDs.

The role supports credit policy, risk framework, and lending workflows, while aiding LOS/LMS implementations, UAT, migrations, and analytics to optimize the loan lifecycle and lending journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate banking, lending and credit workflows.
• Experience with banking transformation and digital lending initiatives.
• Ability to gather and document BRDs and process flows.

Role Summary:Seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, and Banking Transformation to support FDI growth, co-lending initiatives, sector-based financing, and digital lending transformation across regional markets. Key Responsibilities:Analyze FDI, lending, sector growth, and cross-border financing opportunities. Gather and document business/functional requirements, BRDs, process flows, and solution requirements. Support credit policy, risk framework, lending process, and workflow enhancements. Support implementation of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). Map and optimize end-to-end loan lifecycle and lending journeys. Coordinate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology teams. Support UAT, migration, rollout, process improvement, dashboards, and portfolio analytics.
