Job summary

Talent Leaders Inc. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major banking transformation project in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business and delivery teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable requirements.

With a focus on hands-on analysis, you will manage the requirements end-to-end, conducting workshops, mapping processes, and maintaining alignment among stakeholders throughout the project.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in business analysis or transformation within a bank.
• Strong understanding of regulatory constraints in banking.
• Experience across GCC markets and international exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops to elicit and document requirements.
• Map current and target operating models.
• Set KPIs and measurement logic for benefits tracking.
• Analyze business processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Test solutions and manage UAT.
• Align stakeholders through delivery.
