• Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, or Financial Services.
• Experience with lending transformation or system implementations.
• Exposure to FDI, co-lending or corporate lending preferred.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Strong analytical, reporting, BRD/BRS, and requirements gathering skills.
