Job summary

Gray Mackenzie Engineering Services LLC is seeking an experienced Stores & Warehouse Supervisor for our oil and gas projects in Qatar. The role focuses on overseeing warehouse operations, controlling IPS materials, and ensuring timely material availability with strict inventory accuracy.

You will coordinate with procurement, project, QA/QC, and logistics teams to forecast material needs, perform stock reconciliations, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Stores/Warehouse Supervision within Oil & Gas projects preferred.
• Proven ability to handle IPS materials (Insulation, Painting & Scaffolding).
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities: receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure proper material tagging, binning, and storage per project requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts and annual audits.
