Job summary

Fusion Outsourcing and Services in Qatar seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations and transactions, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in line with company standards. You will lead inventory management, develop cost-saving processes, review documents, and coordinate with end-users and procurement teams, while enforcing QHSSE policies and reporting metrics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Engineering, 5–7 years in Oil & Gas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 2 years at a specialist/professional level in materials warehouse operations.
• SAP (S4-HANA and EWM) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and execute warehouse strategies to control costs and optimize inventory.
• Review and approve warehouse transaction documents for proper record-keeping.
• Coordinate inspections, preservation, issuing plans, and material movements with end-users.
• Ensure compliance with QHSSE procedures and report incidents.
