Job summary

Gray Mackenzie Engineering Services is seeking an experienced Stores & Warehouse Supervisor in Doha to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and IPS material management for oil & gas projects. You will supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch, ensure accurate tagging and stock levels, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules.

The role requires 6+ years in stores/warehouse supervision within the oil & gas sector, with proven IPS material handling experience,

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse Supervision within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven experience handling IPS (Insulation, Painting & Scaffolding) materials for industrial shutdown, maintenance, EPC, or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Material Control Procedures and Inventory Management Systems.
Experience with Warehouse Operations and Logistics Coordination.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse and store activities including receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Manage IPS materials, including consumables, equipment, tools, and accessories, and ensure proper storage and preservation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Construction, QA/QC, and Logistics for material planning and movement.
Prepare and maintain material receiving reports, issue vouchers, stock reports, and inventory records.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate documentation.
