Job summary

SPIE ENERGY SERVICES LTD in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Materials/Logistics specialist to lead maintenance material management and drive continuous improvement across onshore and offshore sites.

The role requires extensive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and process safety, with strong SAP and PALM proficiency. Excellent English communication and cross-functional coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Extensive experience in Material Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics and related processes.
Proven experience with SAP and PALM; strong MS Office skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

Create processes and procedures to support maintenance material management and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain safety culture and ensure HSE compliance among personnel and contractors.
Provide guidance to onshore/site/offshore personnel on management and movement of maintenance materials.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Maintenance stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow and storage.
Support QA/QC material status with TADM and participate in audits.
Coordinate certification/document management using NOC processes.
