The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment and human resource management skills, with experience in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, recruitment documentation, Excel reporting, proposal preparation, and coordination with recruitment agencies.

• Experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or manpower sourcing.
• Experience in bulk hiring and handling multiple recruitment requirements.
• Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Good skills in professional email drafting, documentation, and quotation preparation.
• Experience in preparing candidate profiles, recruitment proposals, and manpower reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple vacancies and departments.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely sourcing and deployment of candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, agencies, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and departments.
• Maintain a database of shortlisted, interviewed, and selected candidates.
