The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication, 2–4 years in HR operations, and a solid handle on MS Office and HRMS.

This full-time role requires coordination with internal departments and precise record-keeping to support business processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; HRMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, employee records, and documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports while ensuring data accuracy.
