Job summary

Ooredoo Group in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Senior HR Services Analyst to manage payroll, benefits, HR administration, and employee relations. You will support onboarding/offboarding and lead HR projects as part of the OneOoredoo transformation, collaborating with the HR Operations & Systems Manager to strengthen HR infrastructure.

You will respond to employee inquiries, ensure data integrity, and align with authorities and OpCos on HR matters, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HR experience preferred.
• Specialist knowledge of Oracle HRMS, SAP systems and payroll processing & management.
• Experience implementing HR best practices and policy administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR services and employee relations for OG employees and contractors.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and data migration tasks.
• Support OneOoredoo transformation program with system migrations and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari employment laws, QFC regulations, and internal policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for audits and data protection compliance.
