Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in West Bay, Doha is seeking a Non-Management Housekeeping team member for full-time duties. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk; prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Record, monitor, and update the list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms and ensure timely cleaning of vacant dirty rooms.
• Follow all company safety policies; report maintenance problems and potential hazards; maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
