Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure expertise to define end-to-end solution architectures. You will lead integrations, security, and modernization efforts across complex enterprise platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dataverse, Databricks, and API-based integrations, reporting to senior stakeholders and collaborating with analysts, engineers, and cybersecurity teams. This position is based in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT/enterprise architecture experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Azure cloud architecture and data integration expertise.
• Proficient in API, REST, messaging integrations.
• Security: RBAC, SSO, MFA knowledge.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Databricks and data-platform integration.
• Microsoft/TOGAF certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Design scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Lead architecture for new services, integrations, and transformations.
• Review architecture and identify modernization opportunities.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365, Databricks, APIs and data platforms.
• Define API, data flow, authentication, and security architecture.
• Ensure architecture principles and governance are followed.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, cybersecurity, and PMs.
• Review designs, integration specs, and development approaches.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams.
• Ensure high availability, DR, performance, and maintainability.
