Job summary

HireAlpha in Qatar is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience to manage, maintain, and enhance our on-premises CRM environment. You will own the platform’s stability, performance, security, and alignment with business requirements, and collaborate with IT and business teams on solutions.

The role demands deep knowledge of CRM architecture, deployment, security, and troubleshooting, plus development experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web APIs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server and SSRS.
