Arab Solutions is seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, and enterprise integration to define end-to-end solution architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

You will lead architecture, oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and data platforms, and collaborate with analysts, developers, cybersecurity, and project managers to ensure governance and best-practice designs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience with significant enterprise/solution architecture background.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
• Design scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft technologies (Dataverse, Azure).
• Lead architecture design for services, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Review existing architectures and identify modernization opportunities.
• Define API, data flow, and security architectures.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, data teams, cybersecurity, and PMs.
• Review technical designs and integration specs to ensure alignment.

Job Role: Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong expertise in MicrosoftDynamics 365 CRM, Azure, enterprise integration, and modern cloud architectures. Thecandidate will be responsible for defining and overseeing end-to-end solutionarchitecture, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure,maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM-based solutions.
• Design scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse,Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead technical architecture and design for new services, enhancements,integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Review existing architecture and identify opportunities for optimization,modernization, and simplification.
• Design integration architecture between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterpriseapplications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms.
• Define API, integration, data flow, authentication, and security architecture.
• Ensure appropriate application, data, integration, and infrastructure architectureprinciples are followed.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurityteams, infrastructure teams, and project managers.
• Review technical designs, solution architecture documents, integrationspecifications, and development approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementationteams.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, data protection,governance, and architecture standards.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability issues, and potential points of failure.
• Support technical evaluations and provide recommendations on technology andsolution options.
• Participate in architecture review boards and technical decision-making.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, andmaintainability are considered in solution designs.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience insolution/enterprise architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and MicrosoftDataverse.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, security roles,business units, workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud architecture.
• Strong experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, REST,messaging, and integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and integration between CRM andenterprise data platforms.
• Strong understanding of Databricks and modern data-platform architecture,sufficient to design and govern integrations with the data platform.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure Integration Services, APIManagement, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Power Platform, and PowerBI is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of identity and security technologies, including MicrosoftEntra ID, OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and secure API integration.
• Experience with enterprise architecture principles and architecture documentation.
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
