Qualifications

10-15 years of CRM or enterprise architecture experience.
Strong hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
Proficient in CRM integration using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Cloud knowledge with Azure and security/identity management.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end CRM architecture aligned with strategy.
Lead Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture, configuration, and integration design.
Define CRM data models, components, and integration patterns.
Evaluate CRM technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams.
Provide technical leadership from design to production support.
Review designs, identify risks, and ensure standards.
