Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to design and oversee enterprise CRM solutions across Dynamics 365. You will lead architecture, integration design, data models, and security to deliver scalable CRM platforms.

The role requires strong Azure/cloud capabilities, API-based integrations, and governance across projects. Collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and consultants is essential to ensure successful modernization and cloud

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of CRM or enterprise architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Proficient in CRM integration using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Cloud knowledge with Azure and security/identity management.

Responsibilities

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is looking for an experienced CRM Architect to design, lead, and oversee CRM solutions across enterprise environments.

This role requires strong expertise in CRM architecture, Microsoft Dynamics 365, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise solution design, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end CRM architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture, configuration, and integration design.
• Define CRM data models, application components, integration patterns, and technical standards.
• Design integrations between CRM, core business applications, APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Evaluate and recommend CRM technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, availability, and maintainability of CRM solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Provide technical leadership throughout solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Review technical designs, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
• Support CRM modernization, digital transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives.

Requirements & Key Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in CRM, solution architecture, or enterprise application architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, Dataverse, and CRM customization.
• Expertise in CRM integration using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Azure services and cloud-based CRM architectures.
• Experience with CRM data architecture, security roles, identity/access management, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 integration capabilities.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM solutions and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform or relevant architecture certifications are an advantage.
