Job summary

Euro Staffs in Doha, DAW, QA on-site seeks Senior Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; lead architecture for CRM-based solutions, design scalable and secure architectures using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure, and related Microsoft tech.

You will guide development, review designs, ensure high availability and security, coordinate with analysts, cybersecurity, and infra teams, and drive modernization and integration initiatives across APIs, Databricks, and enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT with significant experience in solution/enterprise architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, security roles, business units, workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud architecture.
• Strong experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, REST, messaging, and integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity and security technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and secure API integration.
• Experience with enterprise architecture principles and architecture documentation.
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
• Design scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead technical architecture and design for new services, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Review existing architecture and identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and simplification.
• Design integration architecture between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms.
• Define API, integration, data flow, authentication, and security architecture.
• Ensure appropriate architecture principles are followed across applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Work with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurity, infra teams, and project managers.
• Review designs, documents, integration specs, and development approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data protection, governance and architecture standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, scalability issues, and potential points of failure.
• Support technical evaluations and recommendations on technology options.
• Participate in architecture review boards and decision-making.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and maintainability in designs.
