Job description

We are working with a leading international energy organisation who are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Analyst to join their LNG Sales function.

This is a commercially focused role supporting the administration and compliance of LNG Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), ensuring accurate execution of cargo documentation, invoicing, contractual notices, and key commercial calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and ongoing administration of LNG SPAs
• Prepare contractual notices in line with agreement requirements
• Issue cargo documentation and invoices in accordance with SPA and Confirmation Notices
• Perform commercial calculations including pricing, laytime, reconciliations and verification of supporting invoices
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Legal to resolve cargo and payment matters
• Coordinate engagement with buyers, external service providers and surveyors as required
• Support internal governance activities and compliance monitoring

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in hydrocarbon sales contracts administration (LNG preferred)
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage strict deadlines
• Strong Excel / spreadsheet modelling capability
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English
• SAP exposure beneficial
