Job summary

A leading energy organisation is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Officer to support LNG Sales Contracts in Doha. This critical role involves ensuring compliance with LNG Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), managing cargo documentation, and maintaining contractual tracking. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in hydrocarbon sales contracts. A highly competitive package and relocation support are included.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ industry experience, including exposure to hydrocarbon sales contracts administration and marine export operations.
• Strong understanding of LNG industry fundamentals.
• Experience administering SPAs and supporting cargo execution.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and compliance monitoring of LNG SPAs.
• Maintaining annual contractual tracking calendars and notice schedules.
• Preparing and issuing routine contractual notices for buyer compliance.

Skills

Industry experience in LNG contracts administration

Strong analytical capability

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Familiarity with SAP purchasing modules

Spreadsheet modelling skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics or Business Administration
