Job summary

Tanqeeb in Doha seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our Group's governance, risk and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with the Group Legal & Compliance Director to implement and monitor the compliance framework and assurance activities across the business.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, a strong background in finance/compliance, and the ability to manage risk assessments, reporting, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• MBA or related postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant compliance, risk, or finance experience.
• Experience with governance frameworks and internal controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Director in implementing governance and compliance framework.
• Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management with Finance integration.
• Lead risk assessments, control evaluations, and reporting.
• Monitor compliance program effectiveness and remediate gaps.
• Prepare annual Compliance Plan with reviews and trainings.
• Produce periodic governance, risk and assurance reports.
• Oversee KYC and other compliance programs, due diligence and record-keeping.
• Review and maintain delegation of authority and internal controls.
