Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Head of Security to lead security operations across our properties in Qatar. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and risk management to protect employees, guests, contractors, and assets.

You will oversee internal and outsourced security teams, develop policies, and coordinate with authorities. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, and a high level of integrity and decision-making is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in security or related field.
• Experience managing security across multiple properties.
• Knowledge of Qatar regulations and labour laws.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations across multiple properties and locations.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and emergency plans.
• Manage outsourced security providers and contracts.
• Conduct regular security, safety, risk assessments and implement improvements.
• Lead response to incidents, investigations, crises and evacuations.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, alarms, visitor management and reporting.
• Prepare security reports and management updates.
