Advanced Search in Doha seeks a senior governance professional to develop and enforce robust corporate governance frameworks and policies. You will oversee board and committee structures, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operation.

You will lead board meeting preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on actions, while managing insider trading controls and regulatory disclosures in a regulated sector. The role requires strategic oversight and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive governance, legal, compliance, or risk management experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with securities regulations and stock exchange listing rules relevant to the jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of effective board and committee governance structures, ensuring compliance and optimal functioning.
• Lead the preparation and execution of board meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
• Manage and enhance insider trading and disclosure control systems, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.
