Job summary

Recrenza is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support HR Technology projects in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on HRMS, enterprise portals, and HR technology implementations with an emphasis on requirements, UAT, and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 6–10 years of BA experience, 3+ years in HR technology, and hands-on use of Azure DevOps, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL for validation. Proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, Figma and Visio is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years in HR Technology, HRMS or Employee Self-Service portals.
• Strong expertise in BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT cycles and defect management with stakeholders.
• Oversee requirements gathering, documentation and sign-off.
• Collaborate with HR Tech teams on ERP/HRMS integrations.
• Work with APIs (REST/SOAP) and SQL for data validation.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support HR Technology projects in Doha, Qatar.

Domain: HR Technology / HRMS / Enterprise Portals.

Key Requirements:

• 6-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years in HR Technology, HRMS or Employee Self-Service portals.
• Strong expertise in BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML and requirements traceability.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience leading UAT cycles, defect management and stakeholder sign-off.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and basic SQL.
• Experience with Figma, Visio, Confluence and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday or custom HR systems.
• Knowledge of payroll, leave management and workflow approvals.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSM or CSPO certifications are a plus.
