Job summary
Recrenza / Partner Client in Qatar seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support HR Technology delivery. The role requires 6-10 years of BA experience with at least 3+ years in HR technology, enterprise portals and strong UAT capabilities. Familiarity with BPMN/UML, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL for data validation is preferred.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Workday is advantageous. Arabic language skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3+ years in HR Technology, Employee Self-Service or Enterprise Portals.
- Strong requirements gathering, BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong UAT experience, including test design, defect triage and sign-off.
- Knowledge of BPMN/UML, wireframes and traceability.
- Ability to read REST/Swagger and SOAP/WCF API specifications.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday or .NET HR systems is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
